Someone has installed and arranged this to be just like this. They wanted it to be tidy. If they wanted it to be unobtrusive, they’d have used white wire. Maybe.

Logical that a car boot site (OK, it’s also a derelict industrial site) would have a dump containing unsellable stuff (looks sellable to me though).
The details are utterly beautiful.
